Aqua exercise is a fantastic, physical workout in the warm water of Kemp’s pool.

The water decreases stress on joints and muscles allowing you to increase your flexibility and fitness levels with no pain or strain. It’s a fun way to lose weight, increase fitness and tone muscles.

All you need is a pair of bathers, towel, drink bottle, pair of socks and a sense of fun!
